At Movement Effective Therapy, one of the most powerful tools we use in Pilates is the Reformer.

The Reformer may look simple, but it is an incredibly versatile piece of equipment that allows us to create hundreds of different exercises designed to strengthen, stretch, and support the body. Using a system of springs for resistance, the Reformer helps build strength while also providing support and control, making it ideal for both beginners and those working around injuries.

Because the resistance is adjustable and movements are controlled, the Reformer allows us to target specific muscles, improve core stability, increase flexibility, and support proper alignment. It can challenge advanced clients while also being gentle enough for those recovering from injury or easing back into exercise.
