:: we’re happy to share another plant medicine offering from the land and Silvae Spiritus Herbcraft: an Herbal Sauna Steamer ~ for sauna löyly or home steam treatments. Add to your in-sauna water bucket for an herbal steam in the hot room when tossing water on the rocks; or take one home with you, add to a large bowl, cover with boiling water, lean over, and simply breathe in the aromatics. As always, Silvae Spiritus Herbcraft features all-organic, hand-crafted, small batch, often wild-harvested herbal creations - always crafted with the highest of foraging ethics and deeply rooted in reciprocity and relationship. Some are not for sale, such as our beloved Sweetgrass Hydrosol sourced from Sweetgrass (Hierochloe Odorata) sustainably grown on-site and available only as a complementary addition to our wellness sessions. From the Interbeing Archive: Interactive Soundbath by Michaelton at Interbeing 10! Retreat Co-host Michael Johnson wove together an ever evolving tapestry of ambient soundscapes coupled with inspiring impromptu sampled vocal bits from all attendees. Being a part of and witness to this unfolding co-created soundtrack was so unique and special; the way each step of the journey built upon and was strengthened by the previous aspects really gave the entire weekend a palpable coherency and narrative thread that was super well suited to supporting both our individual development and collective power. Truly memorable; if we close our eyes and remember we can still clearly hear the echoes flitting amongst the trees and trails as we wander here!
