I’ve been going back and forth about posting this — where to share it, how to share it, and even why 🤷🏻‍♀️

But I’m sharing because sometimes we don’t realize the impact we have on the people around us.

When I received this message, I was honestly taken back in the best way. It meant more than I can explain. I truly believe knowledge is power, and the stronger and more empowered our industry becomes, the more we all win. 💯 At the end of the day, the goal is simple: improve wellness for everyone🤍🫶🏼

So thank YOU to the person who sent this. Sometimes we all need reminders of how we’re impacting others 👉🏼especially when it’s in a positive light 💫
