Seattle Children’s regional clinics and administrative departments, including scheduling, are closed today in observance of Thanksgiving. Psychiatric Urgent Care, Orthopedic Injury Urgent Care and Richmond Pediatrics After-Hours Clinic are also closed today. We will resume our regular business hours on Friday, November 28. Our Urgent Care clinics in Bellevue, Everett, Federal Way and Seattle and our Emergency Department are open. Urgent Care also offers video visits for patients with select symptoms in Washington state. In case of a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 or visit the nearest emergency department. We have joined Seattle Children’s Primary Care Group and are switching to a new electronic medical record system called MyChart. Our phone lines may be busier than normal as we make the transition to MyChart.

Dear patients and families

Starting November 1st we will be transitioning to a new electronic medical record system that will help us serve you better. We kindly ask for your patience during this time as we learn the new system to better meet your needs and ensure safety of your medical care and information.

Please note:
-Our office will be closed on Nov 1 and Nov 3 for training. Phone calls will be limited to triage on call nurse only. In case of emergency, please call 911, visit the nearest ER or urgent care office.

-The patient portal will be fully deactivated on Oct 27th and we will gradually transition to MyChart. If you need a refill – please message on portal before Oct 27th , later – please call the office directly.

We appreciate your patience and understanding. We are striving to make this transition as smooth as possible.

Hello Families!
We will be hosting our annual drive thru flu shot clinic on Saturday, September 27th and Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 9am-2pm. No appointment or prior registration required for children currently established with our office. This year we will be providing flu vaccines to parents of established patients with in-network insurance as well! Please note these will be provided on a first come first serve basis. If you are interested in getting the adult flu vaccine with us, please initiate registration by sending a message in your child's patient portal. In this message include parent(s) first & last names, that you are interested in the adult flu vaccine, and attach a photo of your insurance card.
