Friendly reminder to S T R E T C H

Either to maintain general health or to help with athletic performance and injury prevention, you need muscle activation and mobility before you demand and performance from your body.

Pre-workout mobility increases core body temperature and stimulates increased blood flow throughout the body so your tissues will have adequate amounts of oxygen.

Stretching after a workout helps you cool down appropriately and reduce tissue tightness and pain.
