Today Georgie had her quarterly Natera Prospera DNA test done at home. The sweetest phlebotomist came to us, drew the sample, and it will check for early signs of kidney transplant injury/rejection using donor-derived DNA.

Happy tears alert! IV is out and Georgia is approved for discharge. Her dad has been amazing, being the only family member allowed at the hospital to help G navigate through all of the final appointments...receiving a kidney transplant in the middle of a pandemic is no joke but she did it!! We are so happy and grateful she is on her way home 🍑💚
