📸12 pictures to commemorate a very busy year, filled with changes, challenges and opportunities for improvement.
1️⃣During the first weeks of training our associates, we focus on the 5 areas of service and what cleaning equipment and products are needed to keep consistency going.
2️⃣Restock and details are some of the top requests we get from our clients, Hospitality is is a concept we continuously try to share with our associates as it directly impacts our clients ratings and overall client satisfaction.
3️⃣Sunsets, a big part of our trade consist on being on the road, ready for traffic, weather conditions and little gifts from nature.
4️⃣There are two types of bedding styles we use, single sheeting mainly used in private residences and triple sheeting most popular in short term rentals.
5️⃣The marinas, most of our STR are located around marinas and once in a blue moon after a long summer day we dare to walk around and relax 😌
6️⃣Our company logo and the brand we continuously try to improve is not easy job. Our general manager has a strong duty to promote a healthy work environment while remaining the point of contact to our clients. Our company is a reflection of our employees and only a great leader can make our logo stand out in a prosperous way! Definitely grateful for our leaders.
7️⃣Floors, while we sure wish we could have rombaas in every unit we service, our technique moves from brooming, to vacuuming and sealing with either Bona solution, a steam mop or a mop solution. Always leaving floors for last.
8️⃣Door County's nature diversity, while we don't have much on this, working in such a unique and beautiful destination does motivate us to be responsible for the chemicals we use and the proper disposal of waste we encounter.
🔟Cleaning is a trade that is vulnerable to missing on little details. One of the ways we try to minimize mistakes is by performing service inspections. Sometimes it's just as simple as refilling the soap dispenser.
🔟Surveys and service reports, are a way we promote accountability and pride in our employees performance. Our surveys allow room for guest recognition while our service report provide us the data needed to keep our units stocked while also creating a dialogue between our associates and our clients, office owners or home owner who seek our service.
1️⃣1️⃣Owners closets, don't have one for your STR? - get one 💯 having extras of any restocking items is a must when working in hospitality, nothing worst than paying a premium when an item got delayed in shipping, etc... buying bulk will always be encouraged.
1️⃣2️⃣Office services makes happy employees, we appreciate the offices we service and the year round employment they provide to our company, we definitely could not be open year round without them.
