I have a goal that feels big… and really important. 💐
Between now and November, I want 200 women to experience Yoga Nidra. Why? Because the world doesn’t just need more women doing more. It needs more women who are rested, regulated, and leading from calm. Yoga Nidra helps your body release stress, supports deeper sleep, and gives your mind the kind of reset most of us rarely allow ourselves.
And the best part? It’s completely virtual. No camera on. No pressure. No place you have to go. You simply choose your peaceful space — your patio hammock, your couch, your yoga mat, living room floor— log in, get cozy, and let your body rest while I guide you. Think of it as 40 minutes a week where your only job is to receive the rest your body has been asking for.
So I created a spring invitation called Blossom with a Friend. 🌷 When you enroll in the April Yoga Nidra series and a friend joins you too, you both receive the May series free. Because rest is powerful on its own… but it’s even better when someone you love is doing it alongside you.
