Holiday Recipe of the Week 🎄
A little holiday sweetness goes a long way. These White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Bars are a festive treat that’s perfect for sharing with family and friends during the season.

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing some to hang over the edges.

Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan to form an even layer. Bake for 10 mins, then let cool slightly.

Make the raspberry sauce: In a small saucepan, combine the raspberries, sugar and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until the raspberries break down and sauce thickens, about 5–7 minutes. Strain through a mesh sieve to remove seeds and set aside to cool.

Prepare the filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream, then fold in the melted white chocolate until fully incorporated.

Assemble the bars: Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust, spreading it evenly. Drop small spoonfuls of the raspberry sauce on top, then use a toothpick to gently swirl the raspberry sauce into the cheesecake layer.

Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set and only slightly jiggly. Remove from the oven and cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 2 hours to firm up.

Winter calls for warm, nourishing meals that are easy to prepare — and this Crockpot Chicken Chili is perfect for busy days. Packed with protein, fiber, and flavor, it’s a nourishing comfort meal the whole family can enjoy.

Here’s how to make it:
1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your crockpot.
2. Add the black beans, kidney beans, corn, and diced tomatoes over the chicken.
3. Stir in the onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper.
4. Pour the chicken broth over everything and give it a gentle stir.
5. Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 4–6 hours.
6. Once the chicken is fully cooked and tender, remove it from the crockpot and shred it with two forks.
7. Return the shredded chicken to the crockpot and stir it into the chili.
