We made delicious treats for the cats and then watched as a resident took each one to feed them.
It was so rewarding to be able to make something with our own hands and share it with them. Moments like this remind us how meaningful even the simplest acts of kindness can be. 🐱❤️

Today was all about giving back at the Hamilton County Humane Society 🐾💙
We spent a couple of hours volunteering on campus, collecting donations like food, blankets, and toys to help support their amazing work. Since today was cat day, we had extra fun making tasty treats for the kitties to enjoy—and then passing them out ourselves. Talk about a purr-fect assignment! 🐱
We also officially signed up for the monthly volunteer program, got our volunteer shirts, filled out all the forms, and we’re ready to go. We are so blessed to be able to reach out and help our furry friends who need us the most. Giving back feels good, especially when it comes with whiskers and happy tails. Spending the afternoon with Drew and his guitar was pure joy 🎸🎶 He played a scene of variety of songs from classic TV shows, and it turned into a fun game of “Do you remember this one?” Smiles, humming along, and a few laughs filled the room as memories came rushing back with every tune. Spa day + sunshine = a perfect combo! 💅☀️ Today we treated ourselves to a relaxing spa day with fresh manicures, followed by a beautiful afternoon outdoors. The weather is always hit or miss, but today was a hit! We took a peaceful walk around the lake, soaking up the fresh air, sunshine, and smiles all around. Moments like these remind us how important it is to slow down, enjoy nature, and feel pampered. 🌸🚶‍♀️🌿

We had festivities going all day and what a party it was! Huge shout-out to our Dietary team for an amazing seafood boil — shrimp, lobster, clams, crab, taters, and corn. So delicious! 🦞🦐🌽
Special thanks to Rich for making his famous Jell-O shots (always a hit!) and to Kathy Bell for the live entertainment that kept us dancing and smiling. 🎶 We styled our Mardi Gras masks, listened to jazzy tunes, and soaked up all the fun and flavor of the day. The Activities Department was cooking up a storm! ❤️
We hosted a Valentine’s Bake Sale to raise money for (Resident) dreams. With the help of Valentine grams and delicious baked goods, we were able to raise $520! We truly appreciate everyone’s support in making this event a success.
