The Healing Crisis is a real thing. Detox, flu like symptoms, strange dreams, heightened emotions, temporarily increased pain. It’s just your body adjusting to its new normal. The more work you do on yourself, the less jarring it becomes. Awareness is a key to managing this transition period. Have you ever experienced this after a bodywork/counseling/energywork session?
