🎃 When Witches Brew & Werewolves Howl: Is Your Spine Haunted? 👻

If you thought Halloween was scary because of ghosts and goblins… meet the real monster: your posture. 😱

I just read a clever piece from Lushington Chiropractic called “The Spooky Side of Back and Neck Pain.” It hilariously imagines how our favorite Halloween characters would totally benefit from a chiropractic visit:

🧙‍♀️ Witches hunched over bubbling cauldrons = classic lumbar strain
🧟‍♂️ Zombies dragging stiff necks = text-neck’s undead cousin
🧛‍♂️ Vampires lying in coffins with zero support = hello, back pain

Sound familiar? Most of us are guilty of the same: too much sitting, bad lifting, endless scrolling… and suddenly we’re moving like Frankenstein the next morning. 🧟‍♂️
