There is something profoundly healing about realizing you were never alone in your pain.
Kim has spent nearly two decades facilitating group work, and she’s seen it again and again: when people hear their story reflected in others, shame begins to loosen. Self-blame softens. Compassion grows.
In groups, people begin to understand:
“If I wouldn’t blame someone else for what happened to them… maybe I don’t need to blame myself either.”
That shift, from isolation to shared understanding, is where deep healing often begins. Women lifting up other women. Men recognizing their own resilience through the courage of others. It’s not just therapeutic. It’s transformative.
In 2026, Armonía will be opening its first trauma and addiction recovery group programs, thoughtfully designed to support safety, accountability, and connection.
If you’re interested in learning more or being notified when details are released, Kim would love to hear from you.
