As you probably know by now, I’m always trying to understand my body better, so I decided to go a little deeper with this 🔬
I recently did a Cannabis DNA test through and I’m really glad I did.
Nothing crazy behind it, just wanting a better idea of how my body, mind, and endocannabinoid system actually respond so I can be more intentional moving forward.

Here’s the simple breakdown of my results:

• I process THC at a normal rate
• I process CBD slower than most
• My body leans more THC dominant
• I deal with a lot of. inflammation
• I have a higher pain tolerance

It honestly helped connect some dots and gave me a clearer direction on what works best for me
The test itself was easy. Just a couple quick swabs and send it out. From the day I sent it in to getting my results back, it was a little under a month.

What really stood out though was the experience.

Wasn’t planning on bringing our Fire Cider back anytime soon, it was meant to be a seasonal, small-batch thing.

But then something interesting happened.

In a 2-day span, I had 3 different people reach out asking if I was making more.

One of them was a budtender who’s been a big supporter of everything we do. He told me he’d been using the Fire Cider during bouts with gout and that it’s been part of his routine. That our formulation was top notch and better than any other brand he's tried. That was new to me and honestly, I love hearing things like that.

I’m always learning from you all. The different ways people incorporate our products into their lives is something I never take lightly.

So, I listened.

A fresh batch is officially in the works and will be ready toward the end of April.

For those who’ve never seen how we do it, this isn’t a quick mix and bottle situation. It’s a long soak in apple cider vinegar followed by a hands-on pressing process to extract everything we can from the ingredients. It’s labor intensive, but that’s the point. Small batch, done right.

There are moments in this journey that just hit different.

I received a couple emails from a veteran recently (kept private out of respect), but his story really stuck with me. He’s been going through a lot, like so many people out there, just trying to find something that helps him get through the day and the night.

He took a chance on us and hearing back that he finally got some real rest and woke up feeling better than usual meant everything.

Cosmec Healing is for everyone.
But helping veterans and kids always hits a little deeper for me.

That’s why I do this.

I’m grateful for every single person who trusts us and allows us to be part of their routine. We’re just getting started. Even better, it was a team effort from my sales people, brand ambassadors, dispensary and me. That's how we do! 🙏

The 1st image is what a calm brain looks like that is resting.
Not overthinking.
Not constantly firing.
Just steady and at ease.

The 2nd image, that’s mine.

That’s what a brain that doesn’t shut off looks like.

Always thinking.
Always scanning.
Always running.
Always anxious.
Always worrying.

Not lazy.
Not unmotivated.
Not “just stress.”

Seeing it laid out like this was pretty eye opening. It connected a lot of dots, the overthinking, the tension, the sleep issues, even some of the physical stuff I’ve been dealing with.

The good news is I was given some additional tools to start working on calming things down and getting my system back into a better rhythm.

Still learning. Still working.
More tests and appointments to come.
