Congratulations on completing the NYC Marathon!

I am so proud of you Meredith! Seeing you at mile 22 looking so strong 💪🏽 and happy was so exciting. You had your fastest marathon, feeling your best and never hitting that infamous wall!. You followed the plan and trusted the process…even with a busy work and family life you got your workouts in! You crushed your best marathon time by 23 minutes and felt great doing it! I loved getting to know you and your strong spirit can’t wait to keep on running with you!

Congratulations on completing the NYC Marathon!

When you reached out to me in January 2024 you were laying in a hospital bed. That was a first for me! No-one has ever asked me to train for a marathon from a hospital. Right then and there I knew this lady is special! You need to be a special someone to run and properly train for a marathon. You met me and Mike Slinskey at our marathon training a month later and the rest was history. I have seen you grow and learn so much over almost the 2 years since I have know you. You are an amazing woman and I am so blessed to be your coach and your friend! Can’t wait to see what you conquer next!

Celebrating the life of a great friend and mentor… you will forever be in my head routing for me encouraging me to never quit and always to do my best. I know this is a few weeks late…but this month we have been busy celebrating so many wonderful things in haven’t had the opportunity to post a shout out to my son Ryan! My incredible son who just turned 24! You are so amazing in so many ways …so hard working in everything you do…and so passionate and caring … We love you so much! So proud of all that you do! I can’t wait to see what the future holds!
