It’s official, we have a new doctor in the house 🥳
Big welcome to the newest addition to the Revive team, Dr. Sam! Dr. Sam is a dedicated chiropractor with a passion for helping people move and feel their best. Born in Madison and raised in Sheboygan, she brings genuine Midwest warmth and a patient-first approach to every visit.
She earned her Exercise Science degree from Marian University, where she competed as a student-athlete on the NCAA women’s bowling team. Her athletic background gives her a strong understanding of movement, performance, and the importance of staying active throughout life.
Dr. Sam went on to complete her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. She began her career in Rockford, Illinois, working with professional athletes serving as one of the team chiropractors for the Rockford IceHogs, the AHL affiliate of the Chicago Blackhawks, an experience that strengthened her skills in injury prevention, recovery, and performance care.
Today, she brings that same high-level expertise to patients of all ages, from children to adults to athletes of every background. Her mission is simple: help each person move better, feel stronger, and get back to the activities they love.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Sam enjoys spending time with her dog, Titan, staying active in many different ways, and making memories with family. She strives to live the healthy, balanced lifestyle she encourages in her patients.
With a commitment to personalized and evidence-informed care, Dr. Sam focuses on truly understanding each patient’s needs. She works with you to create a thoughtful, effective treatment plan that supports long-term wellness and an active, fulfilling life.
