Your gut reacts to stress before it reacts to food.

The holidays add noise, new environments and shifts in routine, which strain digestion and the nervous system.

Simple tools help your body settle so your gut can do its job.

Essential oils with strong support for gut and nervous system balance.

Peppermint eases abdominal tightness and supports motility.

Rub one drop in your hands and breathe slowly before a meal.

Ginger warms the gut and supports stomach comfort.

Add one drop to warm water and sip after eating.

Lavender signals calm to the nervous system.

Place a small amount on your wrists during tense or loud gatherings.

DiGize offers layered digestive support

This blend includes tarragon, ginger, peppermint, juniper, fennel, lemongrass and patchouli.

Most people I support tell me the same
thing every year:

“My gut symptoms get worse in December.”

This isn’t about willpower, food choices, or suddenly
becoming “sensitive.”

Digestion depends on the parasympathetic nervous
system.
And that system only works well when the body feels
steady and safe.

The holidays often bring the opposite: disrupted
routines, emotional load, overstimulation, and pressure
to hold it all together. When cortisol rises, the gut slows
down.

Bloating, heaviness, cravings, and tightness aren’t
signs your gut is failing.
They’re signals that your nervous system needs more
support than it’s receiving.

This is physiology.

That’s why food alone doesn’t resolve stress-driven gut
symptoms, and why nervous system work is the
foundation of my January Gut Reset.

The Pain Was Real. The Smile Was a Mask.

My perfectionism kept me in survival mode, always pushing and never resting. On the outside I looked fine, but inside I was filled with tension.

Everything shifted when I started practicing simple release rituals. My body finally felt safe enough to soften, breathe, and begin to heal.
