Your body makes breastmilk based on how often your baby nurses! The more your baby feeds, the more milk you will produce. Itโ€™s normal for milk supply to change during growth spurts. If you have concerns about your supply, try offering the breast more often and watching to make sure your baby is sucking and swallowing well. Donโ€™t hesitate to ask for help if you need it! What tips have you found helpful during growth spurts? Reach out to your WIC breastfeeding peer counselor if you need more help. https://wicbreastfeeding.fns.usda.gov/breastfeeding-basics
