🎁 A Little Gift of Knowledge This Season! 🎁
Newborn babies have the tiniest tummies, about the size of a cherry in the first days! That's why feeding them early and often (8+ times in 24 hours) is the best way to get your milk production off to a wonderful start.
Keep an eye out for their subtle "wish list" of hunger cues:
Putting their little fist to their mouth 🤏
Beginning to "root" or turn their head towards your breast 🔎
Follow their lead this holiday season, not the clock! Happy feeding and happy holidays to you and your little one! 🎄

The holidays are a great time for your little ones to learn about making healthy food choices and building good habits that last all year.
Offer variety: Feature colorful fruits, veggies, whole grains, and protein options at your holiday meals and parties.
Get them involved: Let your child help pick or prepare a festive dish—it makes them more excited to try new things!
Keep portions small: New or unusual holiday foods can seem less overwhelming in small portions.

Free. No registration needed.
