Back pain?

All muscle movement is a tug-of-war. Muscles work together to move bones and joints where we want them.

If that tug of war becomes uneven through repetition of motion, the muscles *losing* the tug of war will start to hurt. Rubbing them might help, but really we have to help the stronger muscles let go.

Stretch and massage your hips and legs, and your low back will thank you.
