Each person reading this might be on a different strength program from the other — and they all might be good. There’s no perfect program that’s going to fit every single person well because we are all different and need different things.

Regardless of what it contains though, the result should be that you feel stronger — a sign that the program is building foundation strength that is actually notable. You shouldn’t have constant injury cycles and lingering long term injuries — a sign that the program is working on your specific needs. You should be performing better — a sign the entirety of the program is supporting the things you like to do.

For every good program out there, I see an equally as bad one that claims to do all these things.

Don’t get hung up on the exercises but focus on what it’s doing for you over the course of months.
