Creo que es fácil decir "cuidado personal". Pero es mucho trabajo ponerlo en práctica. Creo que me dedico aproximadamente a 4 horas de cuidado personal a mí misma por semana y finalmente estoy comenzando a sentirme como yo miasma nuevamente. Predico estas cosas porque creo en ellas. Ir a consejeria solo es una parte de restorarnos.
I think it’s easy to say “self care.” But it’s a lot of work to put it into action. I think I’m putting in about 4hrs of dedicated self care into myself per week and I’m finally starting to feel like myself again. I preach these things because I believe in them. Going to counseling is only a small part of restoring ourselves.
