Meet Val!! Our newest Pilates teacher!

Val has been practicing at The Foundry since 2022 and recently was trained with us to teach Pilates!

Val is also studying to be a nurse, loves her doggy, and is such a beautiful light in the studio!

Come take Val’s class Sundays at 8am or Thursdays at 6am! Yay Val! 🥳
