Harmonizing Healthcare, PLLC: Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine is an Oriental Medicine clinic that is dedicated to optimizing the health, well-being, and quality of life of every person who walks through the door. We welcome all ages from infants to geriatrics and can adapt to meet your individual needs. We have 2 board certified acupuncturists on staff that have Master’s degrees in Oriental Medicine. Oriental Medicine, or also known as Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), is a whole comprehensive healthcare system of its own. Once you are given a TCM diagnosis, you are then treated with acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, TCM dietary and lifestyle suggestions, and any other modality that may be necessary for your treatment. Modalities that may be used include cupping, moxa, gua sha, E-stim, Qi gong, and tuina.
You also receive an individualized treatment plan that explains your TCM diagnosis and what you can do to harmonize yourself between treatments. Pediatrics are treated through a Japanese modality called Shonishin, a needle-free treatment modality, and also with herbs. Common symptoms that people seek treatment for are pain, anxiety, stress, fatigue, insomnia, hormonal regulation, respiratory disorders, gastrointestinal disorders, fertility, migraines, skin problems, and much more. We heavily focus on preventative care in order to help you achieve a high quality of life. In TCM, symptoms are just seen as clues to the underlying root of imbalance and we work to treat at the very root so that your whole system gently harmonizes back to balance.
