Step outside and befriend your surroundings. Leave distractions behind.
Focus on what’s happening through all your senses. This can deeply ground you in the present and clear a lot of gunk that gets clogged in our channels and the field around us.
I’m so thankful we’re surrounded by so much nature. Northern Arizona has been such a blessing to my nervous system—and a solution to chronic pain I carried for years.
