Your support goes further than you think.

Through Health First Foundation Northern Arizona, more than $42 million has been invested into local programs. We have funded over 500 initiatives that expand access to care, strengthen mental health services, and improve overall community well-being.

These efforts have already impacted over 1.1 million lives across Northern Arizona, and it all starts with a single contribution.

It’s more than a donation. It’s a ripple effect that stays right here in our communities.

Access to supportive resources, safe environments, and community care all play a role in reducing stress and improving well-being.

Health equity means everyone has the opportunity to live a healthy life. But access to care, food, housing, and resources is not the same for everyone.

In Northern Arizona, these gaps can be even more visible due to distance, rural communities, and limited access to services.

At Health First Foundation, we support programs and partnerships that help close these gaps and strengthen community health. Learn more about our work on our website.

Transportation is more than convenience, it’s a key part of accessing care. When individuals can’t reliably get to appointments, it can lead to delayed treatment and poorer health outcomes.

Addressing barriers like transportation helps create healthier, more connected communities.
