Hands On! Integrative Bodywork, LLC Hands On! is a small group of highly-skilled massage therapists dedicated to taking the time to help each client feel long-term relief from pain and stress

*We specialize in more gentle Swedish massage, deeper tissue work, trigger point, reflexology, prenatal, connective tissue and energetic work. We also offer cupping, hot stones and chakra clearing.*

Our goal is to create a comfortable and safe environment for our clients in the progression of your personal healing process. We believe that our bodies are a direct representation of our internal and external lives. Bodies physically hold our memories and traumas from the past and present, through tight muscles and tension, interacting with our emotional state every moment of our daily lives. We strive to educate and assist each of our clients in learning more about their bodys function and structure by using our physical strength and knowledge to open up the body through bodywork. We want you to feel more comfortable and confident in your daily life.
