Jamie Serna is a founder and visionary behind Revival Med Spa, bringing over a decade of experience in healthcare leadership and advanced aesthetics. A licensed aesthetician and certified medical laser technician, Jamie combines clinical precision with a passion for results-driven treatments. With a background in healthcare management and integrative nutrition, she takes a whole-body approach to skin health — blending science, technology, and personalized care to help clients feel confident and radiant.

Since launching Revival, Jamie has become known for her attention to detail, high standards, and commitment to ongoing education in the latest aesthetic innovations. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming, empowering space where clients feel informed, supported, and truly cared for.

Outside the treatment room, Jamie enjoys time with her husband Josh and their children, exploring the outdoors and making memories in Northern Arizona and Lake Havasu. Whether she’s building her business or caring for her clients, she brings vision, heart, and purpose to everything she does.

Kelsey has been immersed in the aesthetics industry since 2018 and brings a strong clinical background and passion for results to Revival Med Spa. Originally from Tucson, she previously served as a Certified Laser Trainer at the Imaj Institute in Scottsdale and holds advanced certifications in Laser, Face Reality and Dermapen treatments. Since joining the Revival family in February 2025, she’s become known for her expertise, attention to detail, and warm, welcoming energy. She’s also the creative force behind our social media blending education with personality to showcase treatments in a way that feels approachable and empowering.

Outside of the treatment room, Kelsey loves spending quality time with her partner and friends, getting outdoors, and staying active in the gym. She enjoys exercising her dog, Nova, and expressing her creativity through art. Whether she’s caring for clients or creating something beautiful, she brings the same passion and lighthearted spirit to everything she does.

Born and raised in Flagstaff, Chloe Jensen is one of our hometown gems. After studying at Northern Arizona University, she joined Revival in 2020 and later earned her aesthetics license and laser certification from Imaj Institute. Today she’s our Lead Laser Hair Removal Technician and Face Reality Certified Acne Expert — our go-to girl for all things acne. She’s always pursuing advanced education and creates such a comfortable, results-driven experience for her clients. And of course, her contagious giggles and joyful laugh brighten all of our days.🥰

Outside of work, Chloe is just as inspiring. She’s an All-Stars cheer coach, a proud dog mom to her sweet wiener dog Finney, and is currently in health coaching school — graduating this October 👏 She loves being outdoors, spending time at the lake, and making memories with her loved ones. We are two sisters raised in Flagstaff, Arizona who share the same goals and passion in life. Together we embarked on a new adventure into the world of aesthetics and cosmetic laser. Two years (and two babies) later, we are proud to open our doors and invite you in!
