We are very excited to announce that Laser Girl Skincare LLC and Lisa Shea, RN (dba Mountain Wolf Mind Body LLC) joined us last month, adding to the collaboration of expert practitioners we have at our clinic!

Laser Girl is very well known in Sedona and Prescott, celebrating a 10-year anniversary this month. MEET KATHERINE KIRWAN DC, LMT

Katherine is a chiropractor, massage and lymphatic therapist originally from Wisconsin but has recently relocated from Tucson, Arizona. She received her doctorate in chiropractic in 2008 from Palmer College of Chiropractic and has been practicing massage since 2003.

Since then she has had the opportunity to practice all throughout the country and also internationally, drawing on many techniques and modalities along the way.
Katherine has a strong passion for chiropractic care and feels it is imperative to a wellness lifestyle however, her passion for lymphatic therapy and its impact on overall health has become her main focus over the last few years.

After suffering from long haul covid, which contributed to her inability to work in her initial profession, she began to understand how her previous toxic load (despite all the detoxing and cleansing she did while in chiropractic school) throughout life probably contributed to her lingering symptoms. So she set out to find better solutions.

Katherine was fortunate enough to shift her career and work in a biological wellness office. She worked with incredible practitioners with many years of experience focusing on chronic issues and addressing the lymphatic system for healing. It was here that she really began to understand just how many toxins we are bombarded with in our world and the focused detail it takes to flush them out of our system and how powerful it can be in our healing journeys.

She saw the impact that lymphatic care had on her patients and also herself, she was convinced this was the path she should pursue. Some of the issues commonly seen in the office were chronic pain, breast implant illness (BII), menopause and detoxification during amalgam removals. The lymphatic system is rapidly becoming recognized as one of the most important systems of the body. And the results speak for themselves.

After twenty years of hands on experience Katherine has an intuitive touch that helps her to customize each session especially for your needs. She is able to locate specific problem areas and address them all while listening to the body, giving you a compassionate, focused and well rounded treatment. She looks forward to offering her gentle and kind-hearted approach to promote wellness and aid her patients in their wellness journeys here in Flagstaff, Arizona.
