I will be offering a Fall Series of Tai Chi and Qigong classes at Birch District Wellness, on the second Saturday of Oct, Nov, and Dec.

The class will be from 10:30-11:30, Oct 11th, Nov 8th, and Dec 13th.

We are located at 222 E Birch Ave, with off-street parking and entrance at west side of bldg.

All levels are welcome. These practices can be done sitting, standing or even lying down. Donation of $15 per class.
