Exercise and movement shouldn’t hurt. If a specific movement or exercise causes pain, there are countless ways we can tailor a program or movement for your body.
If you have a coach who tells you to push through it, or ignore it… 🚩
All of our coaches have worked extensively with people in different bodies, with different abilities, and with different needs. Whether you’re an endurance athlete, or simply want to have less pain, exercise and movement are the most beneficial things we can do. And remember, exercise should work with your body, not against it.
