I had the honor of joining Jason on the Parenting Autism podcast to talk about the heart and mission behind Kaibab Behavioral Services and Rising Mountain Academy.

We covered compassionate, evidence-based care, supporting families and educators, and what it truly means to build community-centered services for children with diverse needs.

Grateful for meaningful conversations like these — they matter. 🤍

🌱 Early Support Builds Lifelong Skills! 💫

At Kaibab Behavioral Services PLLC, we know that when children receive compassionate, evidence-based ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) support early, it lays the foundation for confidence, communication, and independence that lasts a lifetime. 💬👫🧠

✨ Starting early means:
• Stronger communication & social skills
• Greater independence in daily life
• Reduced frustration and challenging behaviors
• Skills that grow with your child into school & beyond

We meet your family where it matters most — at home, in school, in the community, or via telehealth — so progress is meaningful and lasting. Together, we help unlock potential, celebrate growth, and build brighter futures. 🌟

Today we honor Martin Luther King Jr. and the legacy he left behind — one rooted in compassion, dignity, and justice for all.

At Kaibab Behavioral Services and Rising Mountain Academy, this legacy shows up in the work we do every day.
It lives in our commitment to equity, inclusion, and seeing each individual for who they are — not through a lens of limitation, but through one of possibility.

We believe that compassionate care, predictable environments, and meaningful relationships create access to growth, learning, and belonging.
This work matters because everyone deserves to feel safe, supported, and valued in their community.

May we continue doing the work — with intention, humility, and heart. 🤍

✨ New Year. Deep Gratitude. ✨

As we step into a new year, we want to pause and say something that matters deeply to us: thank you.

Thank you to the families who welcomed us into your homes.
Thank you to the parents who trusted us during vulnerable moments.
Thank you to the children who taught us patience, joy, resilience, and creativity.
Thank you, Northern Arizona, for choosing Kaibab Behavioral Services as your trusted ABA provider.

We don’t take that trust lightly.
We never have.

Progress doesn’t always shout — sometimes it whispers.
And we’re honored to walk alongside families through every step.

Here’s to a new year of connection, growth, and showing up with care — one child, one family, one home at a time 💛

Happy New Year, Arizona.

Happy Holidays from our amazing team 🎄
This season, we’re celebrating the people who make our mission possible. Your passion, teamwork, and compassion are the reason our families feel supported and our community grows stronger.

So thankful for each of you 💫

Christmas doesn’t have to be loud to be magical.

For neurodivergent kids, the lights, music, smells, crowds, and expectations can feel big—fast. And that’s okay.

Holidays are allowed to bend.
Traditions can change.
Joy can be quiet.

Your child’s pace is the right pace.
Your version of Christmas is enough. 🎄💛

Grateful for this team, these moments, and the work we get to do together.

Our holiday mingle was a reminder that behind every session, every data point, and every breakthrough is a group of humans who care deeply about children, families, and one another.

Community. Connection. Compassion.
This is Kaibab. ✨

“6–7.”
That pause isn’t disrespect.
It’s autism processing.
Training saves lives.

During today’s Autism Response Training, officers experienced what sensory overwhelm actually feels like — competing noises, bright lights, rapid commands, too much happening at once… and the brain can’t keep up.

Imagine being in crisis and being told to
“stop,”
“look at me,”
“calm down,”
or “follow directions”
when your nervous system is already in survival mode.

THIS is why autism training for first responders is not optional.
It’s essential for safety, trust, and human understanding.

💙 When officers understand sensory overload,
they communicate differently.
They lead differently.
They respond differently.

If you want this training for your department, comment TRAINING or send me a DM.
