Hey everyone! It looks like we’re in for more snow yet again! I don’t know about yall but I’m so ready for spring! I know how hard shoveling and icy conditions can be on muscles!
Here are a few quick snow-safety reminders to help you stay injury-free:
Warm up first. Take a few minutes to stretch your hamstrings, shoulders, and back before heading outside.
Push the snow when possible instead of lifting.
If you must lift, bend at your knees and keep the shovel close to your body.
Lift small amounts at a time, don’t strain yourself, heavy, wet snow is no joke.
Take breaks, your heart and muscles will thank you.
Wear supportive, slip-resistant footwear to prevent falls.
Even with the best form, snow shoveling can leave you sore, stiff, and exhausted.
That’s why this week I’m offering FREE hot stones added to any massage session, the perfect way to ease tight muscles, improve circulation, and help your body recover after all that hard work.
Hot stones are especially wonderful for low back tension, tight shoulders and neck and general muscle fatigue, plus who doesn’t enjoy snuggling on a warm table post snowstorm!
If you already have a session booked this week, this offer absolutely applies, just text me and let me know you’d like the hot stones added! (484) 447- 0839
Fingers crossed the weather man is wrong! And if he isn’t don’t forget to take care of YOU post storm 💜
Stay safe and warm!
