WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW!!!!!!! I have suffered for almost 10 years with knee pain. So severe over the last 3 years to the point that I have had to sleep in the recliner with pillows under my knees. Sleeping in bed and turning side to side would cause excruciating pain! Standing for long periods of time would leave my knees inflamed to the point I couldn’t walk.
