Bailey absolutely showed up and put in the work these last 8 weeks, and her transformation proves what happens when you stay committed to the process.

Strength, discipline, and consistency — week after week.

🔥 Bailey’s 8 Week Results:
• 7.5 lbs of body fat LOST
• 3.8% drop in body fat
•2.8 lbs of muscle gained

And if you look at these photos you can clearly see the work she put in — stronger arms, tighter midsection, more quad separation, and a completely different level of confidence.

Everyone please help me congratulate

Debbie’s story is one that deserves to be celebrated.

She is in her 40’s, has no thyroid, and travels constantly for work… yet she still committed to showing up for herself every single week.

The last two weeks of the challenge were really tough for her, and she had no idea she was even in the running to win.

But Debbie proved something powerful:

Consistency beats circumstances. Every time.

🔥 Debbie’s 8 Week Results:

• 12.5 lbs of body fat LOST

At we run partner WODs pretty often… and this day just happened to line up perfectly — two married couples got paired together.

I call it marriage counseling 💀❤️

Nothing says communication, trust, and teamwork like suffering through a workout side by side.
You learn real quick who encourages you… and who “accidentally” steals your reps 😅

Strong couples train together 💪
And honestly… it’s one of my favorite parts of this community.

I love any opportunity to educate….

Two things can be true at the same time…

Personalized one-on-one training is valuable. Absolutely.
So are semi-private sessions.
So is group training.

Each serves a different purpose — and when coached correctly, all can be extremely effective.

At Steel Mill Total Wellness, our coaches are specifically trained to manage multiple athletes safely and effectively at once. That means teaching movement, correcting form, cueing technique, monitoring fatigue, and adjusting in real time — all while keeping the energy and flow of the room.

That skill is often called a “coach’s eye.” 👁️
It’s developed through education, experience, and thousands of reps coaching real humans — not just holding a certification.

Group training done well is not chaotic.
It’s not unsafe.
It’s not random.

It’s intentional, structured, and coached.

And respectfully — not everyone has the ability to do it well.

Coaching is a profession.
Not a participation trophy.
