Steel Mill will be closed for classes on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
We will resume normal business hours on Friday, 12/26.

💪🏼 Members: Open gym will be available, just no coached classes.

Meet Bonnie Stanley, a Steel Mill powerhouse since July 2024!

Before joining us, Bonnie was injured and underwent a major knee surgery—but that didn’t stop her. She showed up during her recovery, did what she could do, and trusted the process. With guidance from our certified, knowledgeable coaches and the restrictions set by her physical therapist, we tailored every movement to keep her safe and progressing!

Her dedication + our coaching = one incredible comeback story.
