About Us

Fleming County Hospital is nestled in the rolling hills of Northeastern Kentucky, close to the Ohio River.

Established in 1962 as a dream of community leaders the hospital has prospered over the years and on August 2, 2008 opened a new replacement facility. The new hospital features many private rooms, expanded operating rooms, a larger Emergency Department, and many other improvements. With approximately 100,000 sq. ft., it serves residents of Fleming and surrounding counties.

Fleming County Hospital is proud of its reputation for providing patient-centered care to the thousands of people who use the hospital every year. Our reputation for continuous quality improvement, patient-centered care, payment innovation, and professionalism has allowed the hospital to maintain its accreditation with The Joint Commission, and recently received Chest Pain Accreditation through the American College of Cardiology. You will find hospital staff to be people you know and trust: your friends, neighbors, and family. Our caregivers serve patients with compassion and commitment.

Exciting opportunities exist to work in a community hospital that hasn't forgotten about the importance of providing family-like care in a healthcare setting.
