As therapists, we care deeply for others. But in the process, it’s easy to put our own needs on the back burner. The truth is, to show up fully for your clients, you have to take care of yourself too.

Here are some ways to start:
✔️ Set clear boundaries: Block off breaks and honor your work hours. Your time matters too.
✔️ Lean on your team: Feeling stuck? Consult with your colleagues— support can make all the difference.
✔️ Take time for YOU: Whether it’s your own therapy, painting, hiking, or just taking a breather, find what recharges you and do it.
✔️ Check in with yourself: Regularly ask, “What do I need today to feel balanced?” and make it happen.

You can’t show up for others if you’re running on empty. 🏃 What are your favorite ways to prioritize your well-being? Drop them in the comments! ⬇️
