So grateful to have been on the committee that put together this inspiring event for over 100 local business women in Hunterdon County. The 15th annual Women’s Leadership Summit was a perfect example of how when women come together, we uplift and learn from each other. And I’ll take any excuse to spend the morning with the lovely team! 🤗

T-4 days until Nicole is back in-office, and just a few more weeks for Gaby! With both babies on the outside now, life is looking a little different these days, but we are so excited to get back to doing what we love. We both have immediate openings for new clients and would love to meet you!

Ask and you shall receive! Megan is expanding her anxiety group offerings to high school students.

Similar to her pr***en group, Megan intertwines her comedy and improv skills with her counseling skills to form a super fun and low-key experience. She expertly blends actionable coping skills for anxiety with games, art, and socialization. If you know a teenager who could benefit from being around other teens who struggle with anxiety, Megan Sweet has created a really lovely safe space for them to learn and grow 💚

Introducing The Healing Shelf: a book club for people who believe that stories shape how we care for ourselves and each other. We'll read member-chosen books from any genre, and rotate locations to support small local businesses in Hunterdon County. Our discussions will focus on the relationship and mental health themes that we discover in each story.

If you're a reader, want to meet some like-minded people in the area, or are interested in how mental health and relationships show up outside the therapy room, join us for our first meeting!

And then there were two!

Gaby’s bundle of joy, AJ, joined us earth side on November 23rd at 9:14pm. 7lbs 2oz, 20 inches long :) Mama and baby are both doing well and enjoying newborn bliss!

The first of our two Prologue babies made her way into the world over the weekend!

Charlotte Blaire was born at 5:46am on Sunday, November 9th. 7lbs, 3oz, 20.25 inches :)

I don’t know how I got lucky enough to have hired the best people in the world six times in a row (we missed you Erika!!) but somehow it happened 💚💚💚

This is why group practice is so amazing. In a profession that is known to be isolating, we are out here celebrating each other’s life milestones, accomplishments, and enjoying each other’s company. Couldn’t ask for better!
