And then there were two!

Gaby’s bundle of joy, AJ, joined us earth side on November 23rd at 9:14pm. 7lbs 2oz, 20 inches long :) Mama and baby are both doing well and enjoying newborn bliss!

The first of our two Prologue babies made her way into the world over the weekend!

Charlotte Blaire was born at 5:46am on Sunday, November 9th. 7lbs, 3oz, 20.25 inches :)

I don’t know how I got lucky enough to have hired the best people in the world six times in a row (we missed you Erika!!) but somehow it happened 💚💚💚

This is why group practice is so amazing. In a profession that is known to be isolating, we are out here celebrating each other’s life milestones, accomplishments, and enjoying each other’s company. Couldn’t ask for better!

and I had the most fun at Flemington’s Harvest Fest today! We loved seeing what everyone wrote on their positivity pumpkins and connecting with our Main Street neighbors. Don’t let the fall vibes fool ya, we were sweating out butts off out there 😂 but I know we’ll be dreaming of these warm, sun soaked days in a few short months ☀️🎃🍂

Practicing what we preach here at Prologue! A little pre-baby quality time at was the perfect way to spend our anniversary. We minimized our screen time, played games, fed the sheep, and ate great food. And the effects of that quality time really came home with us. Even though it was only one night and we’ve been back to the grind for days, I still feel a little extra warm and fuzzy when we come back to each other at the end of our days 🥰

📣 New Group Alert! 📣

Starting Monday, September 29th, Megan Sweet, LAMFT will be hosting a group for middle school students experiencing school-based anxiety. Just in time for the start of the school year!

The group will blend applied improvisation, art therapy, mindfulness, and group discussions to help kids acknowledge and face their concerns. There's only room for eight students at a time, so register now if you're interested!

IMPROVe Anxiety will run on a rolling basis, and parents can register their kids for packs of six weeks at a time to ensure that they're getting the most out of the experience. We will be creating a waitlist, so please feel free to sign up even if we're at capacity. We'll let you know when there's room for your pre-teen to join!

Now more than ever, SAFE needs you! Our next volunteer class starts on Tuesday, September 16th, 2025. It will run Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30-8:30 p.m in our Flemington office.

SAFE relies on our volunteer advocates to be able to provide the services and support that we do. Volunteer advocates get to choose when they want to sign up for shifts and how many shifts they want to do throughout the months.
