When entrepreneur, Tom Bay, cared for his father, Tom Sr., and then Tom's mother, Anita, at home, he became acutely aware there was a void in the market for companion and personal care providers. Soon after his parents' passing, he developed the heart-pounding passion necessary to launch this wonderful journey to make a difference in the lives of seniors. Gaining inspiration and knowledge on a daily basis by performing the many facets of caregiving personally, he chose to own and operate an elder-care company which would make a positive impact on what was an obvious and glaring need - reliable, affordable in-home care for seniors.
