Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) is one of the most common causes of dizziness in our patients. It occurs when tiny calcium crystals in the inner ear, called otoconia, become dislodged and move into the semicircular canals.
This repositioning technique—known as a modified Epley maneuver—helps guide those crystals back where they belong, providing relief from BPPV symptoms ⭐️
