You might be wondering — what even is a process group? 🤔

Unlike a class or a workshop, a process group isn't about being taught. It's about being heard.

Each session, the group comes together to share what's real right now — the stress, the transitions, the relationships, the questions about who you are and who you're becoming. And through that sharing, something shifts.

You realize you're not alone in it. You find language for things you couldn't name before. You leave feeling a little lighter than when you walked in.

Women Unfiltered is that space. For women 20+ who are ready to stop performing "fine." 🌸

4th and 5th grade is a pivotal time for friendships. 💙

Kids this age are figuring out who they are, how to connect with others, and how to navigate the moments when things don't go smoothly.

Some kids find this comes naturally. Others need a little extra support — and that's completely okay.

Our Social Skills Group gives 4th and 5th graders a structured, encouraging space to practice the skills that make friendships work: communication, empathy, conflict resolution, and teamwork.
