Introducing Women Unfiltered — a process group for female identifying individuals, ages 20+. 🌸

This isn't a class. It's not a workshop. It's a space.

A space to pause. To be real. To connect with other women who are navigating the same messy, meaningful, complicated experience of adulthood — without the pressure to have it all together.

In this group, we explore:
💬 Relationships and identity
💬 Anxiety and emotional wellbeing
💬 Life transitions and what they stir up
💬 Being present rather than perfect

Our Middle School Social Skills Group was designed with exactly those kids in mind.

In a small group setting, your child will practice the social tools that make the middle school experience feel a lot less scary — before school even starts.
