We are excited to announce a New Service here at Therapeutic Touch by Kim, Ayurvedic Massage. Ayurvedic Massage is a traditional Indian holistic practice using warm, herb-infused oils customized to an individual's dosha (constitution), to detoxify, nourish tissues, and calm the nervous system. It involves a full-body, rhythmic strokes that improve circulation, boost energy, and enhance emotional well-being. This treatment is deeply relaxing and is designed to balance energy. After the oils are applied, a warm heated blanket is draped across the body. This allows for deeper pe*******on of the oils. Included in this treatment is Indian Head Massage, a scalp and face massage using warm oils and focusing on specific points on the head to induce mental clarity and relaxation. The final steps are 10 minute quiet rest and then warm towels to remove excessive oil before you get off the table feeling relaxed, renewed, and rejuvenated.
