- 1 can chickpeas (drained & rinsed)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp tahini (optional)
- 1 clove garlic
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt to taste
- 2โ€“3 tbsp water (to blend)

1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
2. Blend until smooth (add water as needed).
3. Taste, adjust seasoning, and enjoy with veggies, pita, or crackers!
