🪴Happy Tuesday!!🪴

⌚Here is our weekly schedule with our wonderful yoga classes. We have 3 different yoga structures.

🧘Restorative yoga which is every Tuesday night from 6pm-7pm with Theresa. Restorative Yoga holds space for the beginner yogi, the injured yogi, the tired yogi, the burnt-out yogi, and of course, the getting back into a groove yogi.
This class is meant to be a wind down from a long day, the hustle and bustle ends when you step into our doors.

🧘🏾‍♂️We have a wonderful Hatha yoga class Wednesday and Friday mornings from 7:30-8:30AM with Amber. Hatha Yoga represents the union of Sun(Ha) +Moon(Tha), alongside our energy and mind. It is the balance of the cosmic dance between light dark, masculine and feminine, inhale and exhale. This practice is an integration and harmony between thought (head), feeling (heart), and deed (hand).

🧘‍♀️Saturdays with Rose, we have Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga from 9-10AM. Ashtanga Vinyasa class offers a guided Primary Series taught at a steady, accessible pace. Not all postures may be included, allowing time to focus on breath, form, and internal awareness.

✨We have Yoga mats, yoga blocks, blankets, and a filtered water station for you to use so you can walk out with nothing but a clear mind and get your workday started right!

Join us for Ashtanga Vinyasa with Rose every Saturday from 9 AM to 10 AM.

We offer classes at $10 each, as well as new class packages: $40 for 5 classes (the price of 4) and $80 for 10 classes (the price of 8).
