A lot of people are taught to relate to the body like something to fix.
Make it smaller.
More flexible.
Less tired.
More acceptable.
Yoga offers a different relationship.
Not a project to manage,
but a conversation to stay in.
Breath becomes feedback.
Sensation becomes information.
Limits stop being failures and start becoming part of the dialogue.
Over time, the body feels less like a problem to solve
and more like something you can actually listen to.
