With the temps rising, it's more important than ever to stay on top of your hydration—especially if you're spending time outside or on the go! Dehydration can creep up fast and lead to fatigue, headaches, dizziness, and even more serious health issues.

🔹 Did you know?

By the time you feel thirsty, you're already mildly dehydrated.

Dehydration can affect your mood, memory, and coordination.

Even mild dehydration (1–2% of body weight) can impair physical performance.

💡 Tips to stay hydrated:
✅ Carry a refillable water bottle with you
✅ Add fruit (like lemon, cucumber, or berries) to make water more refreshing
✅ Eat water-rich foods like watermelon, cucumber, oranges, and lettuce
✅ Set a reminder to drink water every hour
✅ Avoid sugary and caffeinated drinks—they can make you more dehydrated!

Happy Juneteenth!
Today, we honor the legacy of freedom, resilience, and progress. On June 19, 1865—more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation—enslaved African Americans in Galveston, Texas were finally informed of their freedom.

Juneteenth is a powerful reminder that freedom was delayed, but not denied. We celebrate Black history, culture, and the ongoing fight for equity and justice.
