🌟 Feature Friday | Meet Chris Smith, RN 🌟

Please help us welcome Chris Smith, RN, our Clinical Director for Oakland County, to the Swan Hospice family! Chris has been with us for just two months, and he’s already making a meaningful impact as he builds strong relationships within the Oakland County medical community.

Chris is currently focused on developing referral partnerships and community connections, laying the foundation for a thriving hospice presence in Oakland County. As patient census grows, he will oversee and support the clinical team—ensuring our patients and families receive the compassionate, dignified care Swan Hospice is known for.

is dedicated to providing compassion, comfort, and respect to the families entering into their hospice journey. Come to this free session to learn about hospice care and how you can support the work of Swan Hospice.

Volunteer opportunities are available in a variety of roles ranging from working directly with families and individuals in hospice care to supporting office operations.
