Meet Chelsea Adams, our wonderful Community Relations Liaison here at Swan Hospice! 💜

Chelsea supports our communities by engaging in resident activities, staff appreciation, and community events. She ensures communication needs are met through weekly check-ins, updating binders, and visiting with our patients.

In her 6 months with Swan, Chelsea has brought incredible heart and energy to everything she does. She shares,

“I love being able to spend time with the people in our community—seeing their competitive side when we play games, their creative side during crafts, or just listening to them talk about their life stories. Being able to cheer up their day is the best part.”

Chelsea embodies what it means to be part of the Swan Hospice family—compassion, teamwork, and making a difference in someone’s life every single day. 🕊️

💜 We had so much fun today at Mini Mitten Acres! 🐮✨
We were thrilled to host our Hospice Month Barnyard Bash surrounded by the sweetest therapy cows and so many smiles. There’s nothing quite like a little “cow cuddling” to lift the spirit and celebrate the incredible work our hospice teams do every day. Thank you to Brookdale Grand Blanc , Vibrant Life Senior Living, The Lodge of Durand, Charter Senior Living of Davison, and Symphony Tri-Cities for coming out!! Huge shout out to Westfall Senior Placement , Advanced Medical House Calls Peak Rehab LLC, CenterWell Home Health, and Care Pros for bringing treats for everyone!

🐮 We made the news! 🐮
While miniature cattle may be small in stature, they’re making a huge impact on mental health across Genesee County — and we’re so proud to be part of it.

Our friends at Mini Mitten Acres joined Swan Hospice to bring therapy cows out to visit our patients, spreading smiles, calm, and comfort to people of all ages. These fluffy, friendly little cows are truly as therapeutic as they come, offering moments of joy and connection that words can’t quite capture. 💜

We’re so grateful to be able to share these beautiful experiences with our community — and to see the healing power of animals in action.
