We are looking for a friendly, reliable, organized, and dedicated front desk receptionist to join our team. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to greeting patients, responding to phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, verifying and collecting insurance copays and deductibles on the date of service, along with maintenance of a neat and orderly office. This position also includes working closely with other personnel to answer patients’ questions and assisting the doctor.
