Sleep struggles? You’re not alone and small changes can make a big difference. šŸ’¤

If your child isn’t getting enough rest, try these simple tips:

- Stick to a consistent bedtime (even on weekends)

- Turn off screens at least 1 hour before bed

- Create a calming bedtime routine (bath, books, quiet time)

- Keep their bedroom cool, dark, and quiet

- Avoid caffeine or sugary drinks in the evening

Healthy sleep helps support growth, learning, mood, and overall well being. 😓

Strong hearts help kids do what they love most! ā¤ļø

February is American Heart Month and we’re shining a light on the importance of heart health for children and the care that helps keep those hearts beating strong at Mott Children’s Health Center.

Small daily habits can make a big difference for heart health:
ā¤ļø Take a 10-minute walk
šŸ’§ Drink one more glass of water
😓 Get one extra hour of sleep
šŸ„— Swap out processed foods when you can
🧘 Take a 5-minute stress break

Because caring for hearts today helps kids thrive tomorrow.
