🌟 Staff Spotlight: Alexandria O'Shields (aka Alex) 💙

Today, we shine the spotlight on one of Florala H&R’s finest, Alexandria O'Shields, our incredible MDS LPN and a true example of dedication, compassion, and growth!
Alex's journey with us began back in 2005 in Dietary, then she became a CNA in 2006. Though she stepped away in 2013, she returned in 2016 as an LPN, and by 2022, she stepped into her current MDS role. 📈

Alex is not only talented in nursing, she’s also incredibly creative, and her artistic flair shines through in her beautifully decorated office! 🎨🖌️ When asked what she loves most about working here, she said: “I enjoy working here because of the family atmosphere and I love taking care of people.” ❤️

☀️💛 To start the week, Florala Health & Rehab provided a delicious breakfast to the wonderful Case Management Team at Encompass Health & Rehab in Dothan, and what a beautiful morning it was! 🥐🍓🍊✨

Walter, Mary, Carol, Haley, Jennifer, and the rest of the team enjoyed breakfast breads, muffins, fruit, orange juice, and plenty of laughter. The perfect recipe for a great start to a great week! 🥰
