✨Meet Crystal✨

Hello 👋
I’m Crystal! I wanted to share a little bit about why I absolutely adore being a part of the team here at Field of Florence. Honestly, it's more than just a job for me; it truly feels like where I'm meant to be. The pure joy I get from seeing our residents' bright, infectious smiles, receiving those warm hugs that truly light up my day, and hearing their wonderful laughs – it’s just priceless. They're the reason I bounce out of bed every morning, not just for them, but for the incredible sense of purpose it gives me.

When I'm not whipping up delicious meals here, my world revolves around my amazing family. I'm a proud mom to three wonderful kids – ages 17, 20, and 25 – and a dog grandma to my grand puppy Bear our latest addition, a playful puppy named Yogi, keeps us all on our toes! During warm days, you'll often find me exploring new hiking trails and gorgeous nature preserves, always with my camera in hand. There's nothing I love more than capturing those precious moments and making lasting memories with my nearest and dearest.

I'm one of the Culinary Cooks here at Fields of Florence, and it's been quite a journey! I actually started out helping in the dining room as an assistant. When a cooking position opened up, I'll admit I wasn't entirely sure if I could handle it, but I decided to give it my absolute all. And wow, am I glad I did! We've managed to build an incredible culinary department that has not only taught me so much – and continues to do so every single day – but it's also a team that genuinely cares. We pour our hearts into everything we do, making sure to spread kindness, compassion, smiles, and, of course, lots of love to our residents each and every day.

We are so thankful for Crystal and for the love she pours into our residents every single day. We’re so lucky to have you! 💛

At our senior living community, we believe that every new resident should feel special from the moment they arrive. That's why we host a Red Carpet Welcome Home Celebration! Our newest neighbors were greeted with smiling faces, paparazzi and cheer! We are very excited to have them as a part of our family!
